Please read these terms carefully before using RCube Smart Estate Management App.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RCube Smart Estate Management App ("RCube," "we," "our," or "us") and its estate management, commerce, and logistics services. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • You are a verified resident, estate manager, store owner, delivery manager, or delivery agent within a participating estate.
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Estate Management Services

  • Security levy and dues payment processing
  • Resident, visitor, and property management tools
  • Facility maintenance tracking
  • Broadcast announcements and community notifications

2.2 Estate Commerce Services

  • Store setup by verified residents or businesses within the estate (based on subscription)
  • Product listing, in-app transactions, and wallet-based payments
  • Customer access to shop and place orders within the estate

2.3 Logistics and Delivery Services

  • Assignment of delivery managers to oversee delivery operations
  • Pickup and drop-off of customer orders by delivery agents
  • Real-time delivery tracking and status updates within the app

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Report unauthorized access immediately
  • Use the app only for legitimate and permitted purposes within their estate

RCube reserves the right to verify user identity, especially for store owners, delivery agents, and managers.

4. Store Owners (Vendors)

4.1 Store Setup & Subscription

  • Only verified estate residents or approved local businesses may create stores.
  • Subscription fees are required and billed in advance. No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed.

4.2 Product Listings

  • You are responsible for all products listed, including their legality, safety, and accuracy of descriptions.
  • Counterfeit, expired, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

4.3 Order Fulfillment

  • All orders must be prepared for pickup within the promised timeframe.
  • Failure to deliver as agreed may lead to customer disputes or account suspension.

4.4 Payouts and Fees

  • Payments are processed through the platform, and payouts are made after deduction of applicable commissions and charges.
  • Store Owners must link a valid payout method to receive disbursements.

5. Customers (Residents)

5.1 Purchasing

  • You may browse, order, and pay for goods sold within your estate only.
  • Orders placed are binding once payment is completed through the app wallet or other approved means.

5.2 Deliveries and Availability

  • You must be available to receive deliveries at your provided address or assign someone to do so.
  • Missed deliveries may incur additional fees.

5.3 Returns and Complaints

  • Product complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returns and refunds are subject to individual store policies.

6. Delivery Managers

6.1 Role and Responsibility

  • Assign and monitor delivery agents for each order based on availability and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery operations and uphold service quality.

6.2 Accountability

  • You are responsible for ensuring deliveries are assigned accurately and managed fairly.
  • Repeated negligence or misuse of power may result in termination.

7. Delivery Agents

7.1 Delivery Operations

  • Pickup items from designated stores and deliver them to the correct addresses promptly and professionally.
  • Update delivery status in real time via the app.

7.2 Conduct and Security

  • Respect customer privacy, estate rules, and store premises.
  • Any damage or loss of items during delivery may be charged to the agent if found negligent.

7.3 Dress Code & Identification

  • Must wear appropriate identification provided by RCube or estate management during delivery.

8. Payments and Fees

  • All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
  • Subscription and transaction fees are subject to change with notice.
  • Non-payment of required fees may lead to service suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, designs, and platform features remain the exclusive property of RCube Network. Users may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • RCube is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services within the last 90 days.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for content or services provided by third parties (e.g., vendors or delivery agents).

11. Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
  • You breach these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Your estate no longer participates in RCube services

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts with jurisdiction.
